Our recently modernized Seeblick holiday apartment in Sipplingen now shines in new splendor. The apartment lives up to its name with a wonderful view of the lake and is located in a quiet location about 150 meters from the shore of Lake Constance. Fantastic south-facing terrace with garden use and a direct view of the lake for cozy hours together. The apartment is new, of high quality and very tastefully furnished. The 3-room holiday apartment with 67 m² can accommodate two to four guests.  The holiday apartment is ideal for families with children or couples. 

A large, spacious living-dining room with access to the floor-level south-facing balcony of approx. 11 m² - a small but completely new kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired - a bright, friendly hallway with wardrobe - a recently modernized bathroom with corner shower, toilet and Mirror vanity - 2 modern bedrooms 1x double bed / 1x 2 single beds very lovingly furnished - in this apartment you can only feel good. High quality bed linen and towels. Cot and high chair are available for you. A Nespresso capsule machine and a filter coffee machine including a small supply of coffee are available in the kitchen. Dishwashing liquid, kitchen towels, dishwasher tabs and other kitchen items are provided. und  The apartment has a  outdoor parking space. Pet are allowed. WLAN access is available.

Sipplingen is a particularly quiet resort at the western end of Lake Constance, away from the hustle and bustle. For sea lovers, Sipplingen offers a well-kept lido with a lawn, a sailing school with boat rental and charter, two marinas and a surfing station. All shops and restaurants of all kinds can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
