The distance to the beach is 4 minutes on foot, and the town center can also be easily reached in 5-10 minutes via small footpaths. Here you will find all the shops of daily life. A parking lot is available in front of the door.

Large windows provide light and space to fully expose yourself to the Mediterranean lifestyle of the lake. There is also a Smart TV flat screen. Fast, free WiFi is available throughout the apartment. The dining room offers a magnificent view of the lake.
